Frosty the Front Man

Have you ever noticed how former Queensrÿche lead singer Geoff Tate has started looking like Burl Ives from 50’s and 60’s TV? Most people know Burl Ives as the voice of the talking snowman in Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.  Geoff Tate was the lead singer during Queensrÿche’s heyday writing and singing songs like “Silent Lucidity” and “Eyes of a Stranger.”

Tate will be touring later this year singing a medley of Queensrÿche classics with a holiday twist including:

  • “The Lady Wore Silver and Gold”
  • “We Wish You a Suite Sister Mary Christmas”
  • “I Don’t Believe in Santa”
  • “I Only Dream in Infrared (and white)”
  • “Another Snowy Night (Without You)”
  • “I’m Gonna Get Close to Your Cookies”

These and so many more!
